Guarantee for dental services

SNEG clinique provides its patients with guarantees not only for materials, but also for the services provided.

The guarantee period is a period during which the patient has the right to demand free elimination of defects in the work carried out or a price reduction for the carried out treatment in case of defects.
When applying for the guarantee, the patient must understand that he or she has carefully followed the following instructions and requirements of the dentist:

1. Compliance with the oral hygiene recommendations (oral hygiene index <2)
2. Exclusion of actions that could lead to the possible damage of teeth (injuries, opening nut shells with teeth, chewing bones, using teeth for any other purposes)
3. Mandatory visit to the dentist every 6 months (preventive care); the frequency of visits can be adjusted by the doctor individually, depending on the situation;
4. Mandatory visit to the clinic, in case of complications of treatment or damage of removable structions.

In case of non-fulfillment of all the above mentioned requirements or continuation of treatment in other dental clinics, SNEG clinique reserves the right to reconsider the guarantee conditions for the treatment carried out.

Guarantees for tooth restorations (fillings):
Photopolymer filling - 3 years
Glass ionomer filling - 2 years

Guarantee for orthopedic structures:
Removable dentures - 2 years
Zirconia dentures - 3 years
Metal-ceramic dentures - 3 years

Guarantees for root canal treatment, tooth extraction and other surgical procedures
Unfortunately, the clinic does not provide guarantees for root canal treatment, tooth extraction and other surgical procedures.
We only provide treatment prognosis (success rate if choosing this treatment).
The success of endodontic treatment, tooth extraction and other surgical procedures depends on the following factors:
1. Patient's oral cavity microflora;
2. Individual characteristics of the patient's body;
3. Patient's immune system;
4. Quality of materials used during the treatment;
5. Execution of treatment protocols and mandatory requirements both by the doctor and the patient.

Guarantee for implants
In cases of mechanical failure of an implant, we replace it completely free of charge, since the mechanical stability of the implant is covered by the manufacturer's lifetime warranty. The guarantee applies to all implants set up in our clinic.

As for implants that have been rejected. Yes, indeed, there are such cases in world practice. And this is about 1.5% among those who requested the implantologist’s assistance.
In such situations, the clinic replaces the implant free of charge.

Children's dental treatment guarantee
All clinic guarantees also apply to the treatment of children's milk and permanent teeth.

Mandatory requirements for getting a guarantee:

1. Child’s sufficient oral hygiene.
2. Mandatory preventive examination once every 3-6 months, according to the doctor's instructions;
3. Check up on the oral and professional hygiene of a child (if necessary and as indicated by a doctor) at least once every 6 months.
